The Rugby Off-Season 1.0 is the first block in a series of programs built to help rugby players become physically resilient, dominant, and injury free. 

 

The first step in building a fortress is the foundation, that's what phase 1 is all about. Building immense strength, size, and power. 

 

Using vertical integration we are able to train the four primary performance indicators of rugby (physically speaking) Strength, Power, Size, and Aerobic conditioning across 5 sessions per week. 

 

This 8-week program lays down the foundation for the rest of the off-season, without this program you're simply borrowing lost time.
