I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach with over a decade of experience helping athletes maximize their physical potential and achieve elite-level performance. With a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning, along with certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and EXOS Performance Specialist, I bring a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to every training session.

Currently, I serve as the Head of Strength and Conditioning at Bishop’s College School and Universel Academy, where I design and implement high-performance programs for athletes at all levels. Additionally, I work as a consultant with teams and academies across a wide range of sports, including soccer, football, hockey, basketball, volleyball, and baseball, helping athletes address specific performance gaps and elevate their physical capacities.

That’s why I focus on building well-rounded athletes who are not only physically capable but also mentally resilient and adaptable.

I’m not just a coach; I’m also an athlete. I played competitive rugby for 8 years, trained in CrossFit for 6, and am currently running marathons as part of my own journey to become the best athlete I can be. This broad athletic background allows me to connect with athletes across different sports and disciplines. I understand what it takes to push past limitations, stay motivated, and stay consistent over time.
