This 16-week off-season program is the amalgimation of 10 years of training athletes for Strength, Speed, and Energy System Development in preparation for the subsequent season. 

 

It includes a 35 page E-Book that provides comprehensive insight into what, why, and how I go about programming leaving no stone unturned and hopefully answer any wavering questions. 

 

The program includes 3 blocks: 

 

 

GPP: 6 weeks

- General Phsyical Preparation: Reducing asymetries, accumulating volume, developing fundamental physical qualities. 

 

Accumulation: 4 weeks

- Accumulate volume with an emphasis on strength and hypertrophy development

 

Transition: 6 weeks

- Focus shifts from general physical preparation (GPP) to developing physical qualities that are directly relevant to the demands of a particular sport

 

Sprint, jump, lift heavy, lift fast, condition...it's all here folks!
