Zero equipment leg workout...Brutal!

Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest, and the hardest can endure both the simplest and most difficult of tasks.


Legs gone bad!


3 movements:

1) Lunge Left

2) Lunge Right

3) Squat


Perform 1 rep of each = 1 round


Beginners complete 30 rounds


Intermediate complete 75 rounds


Advanced complete 150 rounds


If you thought you can't get a proper workout at home, think again!
