Why aren’t things working out?

1) Different diet everyday!
-Pick one and stick with it for a minimum of 30 days before making an assumption on its results. Rome wasn’t built in a day.
2) You don‘t have a properly structured program. - Just like your diet, programs should be accurate and well formulated to your specific goals.
3) You aren’t following the program you have!
-As important as having a proper program is, following it is just as important.
4) You aren’t sleeping enough!
- You might be getting 8 hours in bed but realistically only sleeping for 5-6. Aim to be asleep for 8 hours, even if this means 10 hours of being in bed.
5) Last time you actually drank a lot of water was in 1st grade.
-Pound down the water. The more you drink the better you’ll feel.
6) You aren’t hungry you’re thirsty.
-DRINK WATER!!!
