Weight Loss Magic Pill???

Not trying to sell a gimmicky weight loss supplement or promote some fat loss tea cleanse whatchamacallit... I'm just simply delivering 4 easy and essential things you can do to see immediate change in your weight, feel better, and function properly.
The four pills of weight loss...
Pill A: Sleeping pill
I've said this countless times, you've heard it from your parents, grandparents, P.E Teachers, coaches.... You need to get your rest. Sleep reduces inflammation, improves recovery, and increases metabolism. At rest you are quite literally a bacta tank, replenishing your body, ridding it of negative toxins, and promoting internal equilibrium. Most of the time I recommend 8hrs of sleep, but in all honesty, sleep as much as you can. This may include a few 10-15min naps a day. It's not lazy, it's an intelligent way to lose weight and stay fit.
Pill B: Water pill
Hydration reduces inflammation, bloating, water retention, and aids in facilitating a smooth internal operating system. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, hard to argue its value. Drink 3-5L a day, or 8-12 big ole glasses of water. Try to have a glass as soon as you wake up, one before and after your meal, and one about 30-45mins before bedtime. Do this and I guarantee improvements in sleep, satiation, and inflammation.
Pill C: Food pill
People trying to lose weight often fear food or have developed a poor relationship with their food. As a result they tend to under eat or binge eat. The result is either severe loss or gain of weight. Under eating makes up the majority of food related diseases. This a cause for concern. A calorie deficit is necessary for weight loss, but taken too far can result in devastating physiological issues. The easiest thing is just to eat less, but when the body doesn't receive the nutrients it requires to function its response is to hold onto weight to make sure it still has energy. The result, even though in a calorie deficit, is weight gain. So focus on eating enough, eating clean whole source foods, and enjoy that in which you like to eat. If it is of 'unhealthy' nature, eat in moderation.
Pill 4: Exercise pill
You don't have to become a gym rat to see progress. Just doing slightly more than you were previously doing is more than enough. Implement two small walks a day, one in the morning and one at night, no longer than 10-20mins and you'll see a drastic change. Implementing a 30-60minute resistance training regimen will pay the largest dividends and will improve muscle mass, leanness, and improve physical freedom. Exercise coupled with the above 3 'pills', is the easiest fool proof way of losing weight.
None of the above require massive lifestyle changes, cost a lot of money, or need guidance (to an extent). They can all be adopted into your lifestyle quickly and without any drastic changes. Do these four things and I can promise you'll see quick and sustainable weight loss results.
