Use This Trick To Lose 5lbs in 2 Weeks...

If I could design a pill that makes people lose weight quickly and sustainably, this is exactly what i'd put in it.

This isn't a gimmick, some tea cleanse, or a guaranteed trick. But if you find yourself in a category of people with a tad too much body fat, I put my word on it that if you follow these three steps closely and consistently for 2 weeks you'll lose 5lbs or more, and keep it off.

Step 1: Drink water!

You're probably rolling your eyes, but it's true. For the next 2 weeks follow this routine

Wake up: 250ml

Breakfast: 2 glasses

Snack (1-2): 1 glass of water

Lunch: 2 glasses

Supper: 2 glasses

1 hour before bed: 250ml

Do this for 14 days and you'll see a drastic reduction in weight, mood, and energy.

Step 2: Sleep

Put your maximum effort into getting the most and highest quality sleep you can. Darken your room, puff up your pillows, remove anything with light, even the smallest charging cable, and avoid using tech 30-60mins before bed.

Step 3: Walk

Wake up and walk. Doesn't have to be long, 5-20mins, and it doesn't have to be vigourous. Just getting in this extra movement lends to your overall caloric expenditure, is low volume and low impact. If you can hit 10,000 steps / day for the 2 weeks, you'll see noticeable improvements in your health. This goes for seasoned athletes and beginners.

I would put my money on two scenarios given you take these three steps seriously. Firstly, you'll slim down and notice you feel leaner; weight loss and proper water balance. Secondly, you'll become accustomed to these 3 parts of your routine and want to actively continue doing them, therefore, further improving your progress.

2 weeks to lose 5lbs....think about what you could do in 30 days, 60days, 365 days of drinking water at each meal, focusing on good sleep, and getting a walk or two in daily.

It's not rocket science.
