Yes sleep! If 8hrs of sleep was a supplement would it even be legal???
Let's look at the benefits of getting 8 hours of sleep.

5. 8 hours of sleep aids in promoting weight loss and muscle gain/retention
6. 8 hours of sleep promotes proper water retention
7. 8 hours of sleep improves digestion
8. 8 hours of sleep makes you feel good!
Looking at all this it's hard to dispute that the simple action of getting 8 hours of sleep is the most illegal legal supplement one could take. Couple 8 hours of sleep with 30-60mins free of technology beforehand and you'll be absolutely capitalizing on gains!
