Three tip Thursday

1) Ask 2) For 3) Help...

Never fear a helping hand. Ask when something is bothering you, you don't understand, or you need better explanation. Fitness can be challenging to unravel so take the time to fully understand what you are getting into. And if you have a coach or a trainer that can't explain something to you there's two approaches to take. Firstly, get on the internet at home and do a bit of research. If the results come up quick and seem simple, then the take away is you may want to re-access your choice of coach, or, like any human they made a simple mistake. Secondly, understand your questions first. Where it is coming from, what it entails, and how it may impact the coach/trainer or yourself. Questions are important for growth. Hesitating to ask can be the rift you never wanted between coach and trainee. Be the one to ask. Coaches are the intellectual property you pay for, so utilize it.
