Perception

How you perceive yourself and your goals is the determinating factor of your success. Not how much weight there is to lose, lift, or gain. But how you perceive this attainable goal.
There is always two ways of looking at things. We commonly know them as pessimistic and optimistic views. If you are pessimistic you land on the side of the fence where failure roams. Perceiving our circumstances and goals as unattainable and in some minds impossible.
The optimistic side of the fence may have some views of failure but it is their innate grounding in the notion of positivity and success that disregards any potentiation of failure. As a result of this forward, positive thinking their success comes early whereas for the pessimist it may never come at all.
Having a clear mindset from the get-go to the final moments is what will determine the outcome of your goals. Forming a concrete view on the situation will allow you to narrow down on your goals, divide them into smaller more manageable chunks, and chip away one block at a time.
Creating a negative thought process with little thought or care evolves the situation into one of complete failure. If you do not believe in yourself from the first moment to the last then how can you accomplish anything. It’s you vs. You since day one and will always be. Take charge of yourself and the rest will bind Itself to your journey and your mindset.
Create the change you want to see in yourself.
Remember! Progression is built through consistency and tested by Passion
