MONDAY MOTIVATION!!!

With recent hashtags forming such as #StayinMay I wanted to enforce this but also recall that Stay in May doesn't mean Stay away from fitness ahaha.
As this lockdown proceeds its important to continue challenging ourselves mentally and physically by keeping, as I mentioned last week, ourselves accountable.
Maintaining an adequate level of physical activity, sleep, stress maintenance, and balanced nutrition each one of us can not only decrease the likelihood of contraction by ten fold, but also enhance our current physical/mental state and benefit from the fruitful nature of a healthy lifestyle. So as things drag on and our minds wander further towards the landscape of movie marathons and Doritos, just make sure you keep yourself accounted for and that you don't let the weight of this pandemic weigh you down.
