I'm off! 3 weeks to tackle the trip all Canadians should do at least once ...driving across the country!
The first thought draws to "how will you maintain physical fitness!?". The plan is to provide insight daily on Instagram (@_etxtraining) and Mon-Wed-Fri on the blog all that i'm doing to keep in shape. From lengthy campsite EMOMs and hikes to local gym drop ins!

Day 1: Friends garage
Back squat EMOMx8 (7 reps @225)
Front Squat 3 x 5 @65%
Bench 5x10 @135 + 5-3-1 @185
5 Rounds:
5 strict HSPU
5 STOH @185
5 Pull-ups
100 pistols for time
60 sit-ups for time
Day 2 : Campsite
40min EMOM
A) 25 KB swings
B) 20 alt. KB Snatch
C) 50 jumping jacks
D) 20 sit-ups
