Getting the most out of what you put in...

Short and sweet today!

In light of my recent Instagram post it's only natural to push the narrative of that post in the form of a blog post.

Gratefulness!

Fulfillment, sense of pride, accomplishment, want & need... all things I think of when I begin pondering what it means to get what you put in. In my Insta post I spoke of being grateful for all the pandemic has provided me in the wake of all the gloom it has caused far too many others. But in reflection, the narrative is rightfully "what i've got out of the pandemic through my persistent pursuit of betterment". I used the pandemic as the centre piece of all my accomplishments, where in fact it was myself all along. My unwavering determination to win each day, to develop and forgo my past by creating a better tomorrow. Each minute passing looked at as if it were the last, and equally a moment to cherish and learn from.

It's easy to offset our selfish emotions. Thank others, and seem selfless. When in reality our hard work should be applauded. No crowds or audience needed, just some self realization and acceptance of work well done.

Yes the pandemic created an environment which allowed for prosperity. But a tree doesn't grow unless its seed is buried. The dandelion may persist in a world of concrete, but not first without there being a path to sunlight, a crack in the otherwise homogenous landscape of water, dirt, and concrete.

You are the dandelion in an open field. The opportunities are endless and the only one determining the outcome is you.

Burn bridges, build walls, and tear down the foundations. Create, destroy, and build back up again. This is what you are all capable of, timeless recreation of self betterment.

You will only ever get out that of which you put into something.

Progression is built through consistency and tested by passion!
