Warm-up:
20-10-15 Shoulder taps
12-10-14 Pushups
1:00 Jumping jacks
24 minute AMRAP with an EMOM mixed. What this means is you'll complete the AMRAP throughout the 24 minutes, while every minute you complete the short EMOM circuit.
AMRAP:
20 Sit-throughs
5 inchworms
20 Alternating lunges
5 sit-ups
EMOM:
5 pushups
:20 plank
Reminder:
Complete the above AMRAP non-stop for 24 minutes, but also completing the EMOM, Every Minute On the Minute
