4 rounds:

6 lunge/leg

10 Mountain climbers

12 Shoulder taps


3 rounds:

8 sit-throughs

10 kneel to stands

12 Burpees


2 rounds:

50 Jumping jacks

40 Russian Twists

30 Glute bridges


1 round:

10 Inchworms

100 Bicycle kicks



Workout #2: Equipment required


3 rounds:

10 DB Step overs (35-50lbs)

3 Burpee Broad jumps

12 SA DB snatch (40-60lbs)


6 Min AMRAP:

5 Chest to Bar pull-ups

5 Box jumps

5 Burpees

Workout #3: Conditioning

1:30 min on 30sec off x8

-Rower

-Bike
