30 minute full body conditioning

Here's a 30 minute workout you can do in the comfort of your home! All you need is a bit of space, yourself, and a timer.
Part A: EMOM = Every Minute On the Minute
Complete all prescribed reps in a minute, resting the amount of time left in the minute.
EMOM x 9mins:
Min 1: 55 Jumping Jacks
Min 2: 30 KB / DB Swings or sit-throughs
Min 3: 10 Burpees
rest. 2 mins
AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible in a certain time frame
AMRAP X6mins:
Lunge L + Lunge R + Squat = 1 rep
Rest 2 mins
EMOM X 9
Min 1: 15 sit-ups
Min 2: 35 Shoulder presses / Kneeling pushups
Min 3: 30 Shoulder taps
Rest 2 mins
