5 inchworms
25 Jumping Jacks
10 Squats
A) 3 rounds:
(400m run) if you can
10 Burpee jump over (any object)
12 Thrusters (65 BB or two 35lb DB...whatever you've got)
B) 12-9-6-3
Pushups
Jump squats
C) 3-6-9-12
Inchworms
Half burpees
D) EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) x 8mins
a) 10 Box jumps / step-ups
b) 5 wall walks / 12 push-up toe touches
E) EMOM x6 mins
a) 20 cal row / 40 single jump rope skips/jumping jacks
b) 10 Handstand shoulder taps (wall supported)
