- Aid in starting, continuing, or progressing through a training program - Seeking knowledge and understanding of fitness and fitness programming - Developing a holistic understanding of the properties of health and wellness - Seeking programs to elicit sustainable healthy fat loss, weight gain, or maintenance goals - Performance programming for sport / athletic development - Short, moderate, and long term goal oriented programming - Quick & simple, medium and moderate, and long & hard workout styles; client schedule dependent.
